A bomb explosion , early Wednesday morning, in a bus transporting foreign sailors and port workers left ten dead and at least 25 others injured. The explosion occurred as the foreigners were boarding the bus outside the Sheraton Hotel at around 0740 PST (0140 GMT). Among the dead were mostly those already seated inside the bus . Sources said the nationality of the victims could not be immediately ascertained, however, French sailors and possibly port project workers of French origin were told to have been among the victims. The Inspector General of Police Sindh has reportedly said that this could be a suicide bombing.
