"Clancy Thomas wrote a concurring opinion" I think he did it because he thought the existing law was too weak (as opposed to too strong). Correct me if I'm wrong. And my point in general was not about the specific people picked by a democrat or republican. It was more a condemnation of the decisions made by people with the dem mindset. Dems look for it and seek it out and the repubs avoid it (which people should imo). Some conservatives have picked liberals and vice versa.
