Now I remember Biggs saying in Mar 2001 that NAZ could have like a 50 % rally. But that it would not mean much. Remember him saying something like .. I don't know NAZ can have a rally any day now maybe 40 % maybe 50 %. But that would be it.

We then got it in April 2001. Of course, the momentum of selling then was much higher than it is now. Also many other things have happened this year that will hamper stuff for some time now.
