"For what do they use flash?"

For holding the programs for their equipment, routing tables, stuff like that. At one point, Cisco was probably AMD's biggest customer for flash.

I knew they were.........I remembering arguing with someone after they signed their contract with AMD. The contract had all these stipulations going on into the future. I said if push comes to shove, there is no way the AMD will enforce the contract if CSCO reneges...........well push came to shove.

Chambers was not as bullish as he normally is his CCs and actually hedged many of his more positive comments........and investors apparently liked it better given the reaction in afterhours. I wish now I had bought more. It doesn't hurt that the Naz is woefully oversold.
