It has long been known that a condition of the granting of the option was that a company larger than MAN would have to be brought in as a partner. This is nothing new. Also, if the project could get a go ahead, I doubt it would be a problem (except that as time runs out MAN may be at the mercy of the big guys).

A non event, I think. The reason is that if the project is a go, 1) MAN will need a partner and 2) seniors will rush to get a piece.
