I'm trying to better understand your trading philosophy. If you now think INTC is headed for the low $30s, why not buy calls, sell them, and then open up a new put position when INTC peaks? The cyclical nature of INTC over the past year or so would make a call position relatively low-risk, I would think.

Looks like I covered my 800 INTC put contracts just in time.

You were long those puts. One does not "cover" a long position. You sold them, that's all.
