The point is, if you go to the Clark County web site, you will not be able to bring up those links in order to do your dd. There is a problem with their web page and it will not bring up any of the tax lots. I posted all the links so that everyone would have a chance to keep track of what MPTV is or is not doing about their taxes. You're welcome.

This was also taken from the Clark County site, case #01-A-440744-C dated 4/25/02. The plaintiff is Andras Babero and the defendant is Ralph Mann. I don't know why Babero thinks he can get anything from MPTV since Mann no longer owns any part of Lake Trop. The court convenes on this case again on 5/23/02 @ 9 AM.

Argument by Mr. Babero that 56 of the units are about to be foreclosed upon for failure of the Defendant's to pay taxes. Mr. Davis advised they took over management of the apartments last fall and have paid two years taxes; however Clark County allocated three years of taxes to certain of the units and no taxes to the remaining, causing the current problem. Further advised the remaining taxes will be paid within the next 30 days. COURT ORDERED, matter set for status check. Colloquy as to ownership.
