Shack, there are a ton, an absolute ton of CSCO May 15 calls. You can guarantee they will be worthless at expiration.

The smart move would be for the MM's to get CSCO slightly over 15, then delta hedge the sucker down. That's why this rally is going to be in trouble. I could see MSFT ending $50.50 at expiration:

ORCL would ideally hunt for $10-12.50, but the MM's are ahead nicely at $7.50 this month:

SUNW should want $7.50, but if it finishes where it's at, the MM's win also:

Even with the QQQ, the MM's are still way ahead at 30 or 31 at expiration (Ideally, 31).

If any of these levels is reached, the MM's could simply delta hedge down, locking in the pain. See, we don't have to get to QQQ 32 to extract pain, we just need to get there to extract the Maximum Pain.
