And you assume that if we tax them that they will do this? Or are you suggesting that companies no longer want to grow and prosper? Does not sound logical to me.

Actually, I thought the argument was that the same income is taxed twice. Once as corporate income tax, then again when the owners pay individual income taxes(on dividends or stock sales).
