I ain't moving away from bearish view on techs especially networkers and SAN suckers...I'm going to harp on 3 things: capex reduction, tightening IT budget, and consumer spending. The overspent period for Y2K and internet projects are over and many companies are asking for ROI before projects are funded and approved. We may get a short rally from da bulls being locked up in room for days...now they can get out and do some stretch before getting back to their cells.
