cuz they fired a bunch of people, lessend the commission checks and cut R and D. oh yeah, and they didn't have several billion in equipment lying around.

that is correct but also see net sales they declined from last year. The only item that went up is consulting. In general terms sales only kept pace with inflation ...... noting to be proud about ....... valuation should be in accordance with growth e.g. P/E should be same as GM = CSCO in valuations
