If the US can easily take out Saddamn, which I believe we can, it would send a strong message to the next leader, and to the other criminal regimes, mostly in the Arab countries. The Arab criminal leaders might not be so courageous to mass murder their own citizens, or to export terrorism, if they know that there is punishment for the evil they do.
