Harry,

Intel has to revive Rambus, in order to compete now, and certainly won't without it when Hammer arrives.

Intel IS going to support faster memory - DDR-333. 2 RDRAM channels may be marginally faster that single DDR channel, but 2 DDR channels will soundly beat Rambus.

Intel's May roadmaps confirm 333 move

Are there any benchmark comparisons out there of the P4 2.53 using DDR memory? A comparison of performance with PC133, PC2100, PC2700 and RDRAM vs an XP2100+ using PC133, PC2100 and PC2700 would be nice.
