Drucker Inc. (the 'Company') is an international petroleum resource
company specializing in the exploration and development of oil and
gas projects. The Company is listed on the Nasdaq bulletin board
under the symbol DKIN.

Drucker has signed a farm-in agreement with Tanganyika Oil Company to
earn a 20% working interest in their concessions (2530 sq km) in the
Gulf of Suez Basin in Egypt by funding 40% of drilling the first
couple of exploration wells and by funding 20% of all seismic,
subsequent drilling, and other operating expenses to production.

Recently , Drucker has entered into an agreement to acquire 10%
of the share capital of Santa Catalina (Algeria) Ltd .,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Santa Catalina Mining Corp.

Santa Catalina (Algeria) Ltd. is the owner of all the shares of Santa
Catalina L.H. Lundin (Algeria) Ltd., which has recently entered into
an
agreement to acquire a 25% participating interest in the Hassi Bir
Rekaiz Oil Concession onshore Algeria ( the "Concession") from ARCO
Ghadames Inc.("ARCO"). The other participants in the Concession are
ARCO (50% - Operator), and Turkish Petroleum(25%).

Strategy


The Company's growth strategy is to develop and exploit the low-risk
reserves whenever the international opportunities arise and present
themselves. The Company has sought to capitalize on the opportunities
in Egypt and China and has made substantial headway in both
countries. In Egypt it has acquired 20% working interest in a 640,000
acre concession while in China, the Company has a 50% interest in a
316,000 acre concession.
