If Armagh had a series of tunnels being used to stockpile armaments and explosives, by all means. Bzzzt. Wrong. They did, and do (OK, pits, cellars, bunkers etc, not tunnels). That's what's being decommissioned. Oh, yeah, we have proof. Did the British army or police of any sort know where these stockpiles where before the agreements to decommission weapons? If so did they make any effort to seize or destroy these weapons? If not why not? Tim
