Could very well be, but I do expect some relapse. Target top for the second spring top in the proposed double top formation is not much higher than 1700. I have a range all the way to 1757, but my most two likely scenarios are 1728/33 or even as low as 1695/97. Most of the gains were in the gap, unfortunately.
