Jimbo is a funny guy. He's just making light of a silly situation.
He's alternately CPQ's (HPQ?) biggest cheerleader or biggest dumper. Depends on the day, his mood, and whether or not he took his Prozac (or is it Ritalin?...I can never remember).

Don't take him too seriously, you'll kill your brain cells.
