This bottom is not as good a capitulation bottom as that of Sept, for many reasons one for sure is that the conditions of security and element of uncertainty are far less hence the fear level at this bottom was not the same, this was a bottom that was formed in face of GDP aberration figures of 5.5%, good orders low inventory, good chip numbers and last but not least higher productivity and lower labour cost, that takes inflation out of the equation for some time, all this accompanied by an accommodative policy, hence this bottom and 1050 test should hold in my humble opinion.
