All the volume but 2500 shares was traded by me today. I guess I'm totally fed up with Albert Gerry. I'm expecting the next press release after selling Laplata, to be that Zappa has to pay a $400-500,000 cash settlement to Ingenieria. Gerry will roll the companies shares back, and then do a major financing. My votes will still count in the upcoming annual meeting. I will do my best to see Gerry's objectives declined, and also see his head removed(from office). If Gerry is booted, I will again support the company, and try to buy back my shares. Due to health concerns, I have felt it in my best interest to divest a large % of my investment in ZPA. Instead of getting my $50,000 investment back, I am receiving a humble lesson in the investment world. Expensive lesson. Dean
