Did anyone catch the comments on CNBC regarding a possible settlement on the SEC broker probe? I missed it but thought something like that was mentioned. Sorry if I have this wrong.

well, I for one am going into this close fully loaded. I'm ready to take some pain, but I don't see how we can go much higher. that said, it's a guarantee we will. too much optimism given the news.

all things equal, the semi equips underperformed today. they all look like exceptional shorts.

can you imagine the stake that will be driven through the bears' hearts if we gap down tomorrow and don't look back?
