I can only speak for our small outfit -- but no-one is leaping on this new one -- been screwed too many times by their trash.

Attitude here is let the other poor slobs suffer through a number of service packs -- before even contemplating it. We just recently move some from NT to 2000 and it has a lot of problems even after the second or third service pack.

I think MSFT will disappoint big time in a couple of quarters -- they simply cannot escape the slowing sales of new boxes.
