I would agree with both statements but it would be more meaningful with time boundaries. Break out could happen by Q4 if some of the data points mentioned here and elsewhere turn into a trend.

"To go higher we need followup buying and we need the sellers to quit selling into rallies. Who knows for sure if we'll get that?"

Again, I agree. What do you think it will take for that to happen? I don't think we could hope to get that until July guidance on Q2 calls at the earliest and in the best case.
