I smell a rat in this stuff anytime J6P becomes privy to rumors that, if true, would fatten their wallets if they jump on it.

IMO, if the price of gold & JPM's alleged derivative position are as precarious word on the street seems to think, JPM is in deep doo doo....... Somehow I don't see Uncle Sam allowing a monster financial institution tank....... and it does banking/public confidence no good for a bailout after JPM flounders.

However, if JPM can manage to unwind/close their derivative operation without getting creamed...........
