Heck if I know about the internal problems but I know I would rather eat at JBX than MCD any day if I am going out on the cheap just to get the kids something. MCD has the best Fries by large but just about everything else at JBX beats MCD hands down. The kids won't eat MCD chicken nuggets but I have to get them two helpings at JBX and I even steal a few they are so good.

What kills JBX at least out here is location. One here in my little town is way over on the far side of town and the ones in Boise are at busy intersections where it is hard to get in and out.

I can't recall that last time I went to a Wendys. Burger King made some deal with the military bases so we have them on base everywhere I go but I don't like anything other than their Whoppers. Their fries are horrible and most of the other stuff I have tried on their menu tastes like it sat in cellophane and then was rewarmed after a week. -gggg-

Out West here, we have a place called Red Robin but I don't think they trade on the market. We love that place and hit it every chance we get. For burgers and unique ones at that, they can't be beat that I have found thus far. All kinds of weird concoctions but they taste great. They have real Malt shakes and have a nice atmosphere with a hard working staff.

I was looking at job openings out here now that I am considering retiring instead of moving again and noticed in the job listings JBX is hiring managers at a rapid pace. There must have been 5 openings at Monster.com for the Boise ID area. I joked with the wife that it would be quite the career path change to go from military to burger flipper. -gggg- Low stress though! I just don't think I could deal with some employee coming in with pierced eyebrows, tongue and pink hair though. I am going to need some time to adjust to the civilian work force I guess. -gg-

Good Luck,

Lee
