may be we could march to 1832 ? or just short of it ?

we have not seen any of those -1000 ticks since sept.
also it may be hard to have 300 -350 new lows as many techs made new lows in past few days and now they all up 20-30% (those single digit techs) while nontech smallcap midcap on Naz are not far from their 52 wk highs.
we may not see such conditions met.

how much the march rally gained from feb low ? could it be a duplicate of that now ?
