AA, the Feb-March 2002 rally had a 10% follow-through after the first day's close. That is probably what we're looking at right now. That one was over with in a very short time-frame (11-trading days). The Jan. 2001 rally was over with in 15-trading days. I think this one , if it is the real deal, may be done with along the same time-line as these rallies.

One nice thing about these situations is you get one last chance to get out of your shorts and get long, and that's why we have 1595-1600 waiting for us.

Perhaps, but it was an equally oversold condition and it may not matter except as to how quickly targets are hit.

Like you said, odds are we get more up based on a complete lack of structure to the Diggler.
