ya, but like i said, since the ndx made a momentum bottom on april 3rd, we are about 75 points lower, not exactly a windfall, if you have remained a permabear during this whole period, most permabears have been shaken out during the rallies. I agree that the current downtrend remains intact, and one day doesn't make a trend, there are some hurdles above to get over.

for the bullish case, i wouldn't want to see ndx 1230 breached on a pullback of this rise
