That statistic probably is not available. Hafta see.

How many are in jail because they were pushers? And how many were just there for simple possession-and of that how many were caught while on parole?
This matters? Why?

I have a friend who did the 12 steps because of a fondness for c2h5oh. Part of his follow up program was to talk to the drug and alcohol program at the county jail. He said it was really sad to see how many people were looking at a few years of hard time and couldn't remember what they had done.
