Mani, first when I wrote that post, it was still early in the AM our time.....it got better as the day went on. But I blew it....I forgot to pick up EMLX. I didn't realize how good QLGC's report was, or rather, how bad it wasn't. Plus, I was focused mostly on the component suppliers for CSCO. I do wish I had picked up EMLX in after hours. In any case, it was up three from yesterday's close when it opened this AM and that would have caused me to blow it off had I checked. There is nada that I trust about these markets. Its too bad. I missed a 6 pt move had I bought yesterday afternoon. Do you know how many times I have bought tech in after hours based on a decent report from a bellwether only to have the Naz crash the next day like you had happen a couple of days ago? ;~(( In any case, I can't complain too much....... the component suppliers did not do badly either........and by the close, I was okay. ted
