a few comments on the turn of events ...

1. a comment was made that a gap was formed so it has to be filled - breakaway gaps dont often get filled, but they are often formed after a consolidation of prices.

2. You notice anything in particular about the dow chart? double bottom. We are sitting right above the neckline of it right now and also we broke the downward trendline. Quite positive if you ask me.

3. a small black candle or even a spinning top tomorrow doesnt negate the positive day we had today. Or even a hanging man pattern.

4. anyways I could name of a bunch of squiggly lines that are this or that or other such trendlines but the first 3 points I made I thought are important.

you might ask why am I giving arguments for a bull move? well lets just say I like to watch for trend changes

and as Brookelise says ... "It's all in the chart" ... what do you see?

paul,

in this case, naz did not have 90% day either ? but the readings are similar to 9/24's.

otoh, i really dont think we could expect same magnitude as sept/oct 2001. we got a panic bottom then and we got a grind down bottom now. ag cut and cut then and no more cut now. so may be a rally would be only 1/2 of what it was or even less. in that case, 50-70% of the up is done today.

Hi Paul

while the NAZ rallied up 6%..the OTC BP was DOWN...yesterday?

this is a shortable rally for sure...

we hit a perfect downside target of 1560 on P&F Compx...and we were due for a technical 100% oversold bounce...

but thats it..we may run thru next week..for Options Exp...

but i feel this market is doing nothing more than a DCB here...
