HAL for the time being i am thinking is perhaps in deep think contemplating Whipsaw and it's permutations, this is one dificult algorithm:)
I personally think HAL made a great observation with the 13th week post 9/21 graph HAL turned out.
It was longterm very bearish, it was, that is my memory of it,any way.
i will have to ask Larry to ask HAL, can we go back and see the 13th week chart again.?:) Max
