I didn't say they shouldn't. In fact I would assume any manufacturer would have to meet purity, cleanliness, and safety standards. And the big companies could drive the small one-man operations out of business. And any operation could be inspected and shut down if necessary.

There are medications - drugs, that are derived from blood products.
And nothing I've said indicates that blood would not be tested for diseases before being added to the blood supply. Just like now.
