Could you explain what "summation" is in reference to the NDX and oscillator.
Maybe this is a new tool to add to my stable.

PVZ makes a point that the recent correction hammered certain sectors, but left others unscathed. This results in some market indicators not tilting into historical oversold points.

Instead of looking at COMPQ, above is the more techcentric NDX. As you can see, this index came within 5% of double-bottoming on Tuesday.
All the pundits on the boards in recent months saying they were expecting "the NASDAQ to test Sept 11 lows". Well, Tuesday of this week, the Sept 11 lows were tested for the NASDAQ 100. So what happens next??
