Comes as No..(Know) surprise to me...that Anything that would benefit K Lay and company's swindle would get the nod from on high...the horse thieves from texas paid off both sides of the aisle and The Top 'governing' Officials in America... having been forced to pay utility bills here in Ca.....I can only hope Jr.s words.. "Tough..it serves you right" catch up to him also.. T then there is this "7:52AM Al-Qaeda attacks expected this month : Bloomberg is reporting that Al-Qaeda is preparing a series of suicide attacks against the US and its allies, according to Pakistan's largest English-language newspaper, Dawn; unidentified Pakistani intelligence officials claim that about 300 suicide bombers in terrorist cells throughout the world will begin the attacks as soon as this month.

It's so great to finally see the smoking guns being found. We all knew we were getting shafted. (Lots of stories about the undue number of plants which were down for maintenance, etc). Re, legislation and federal regulation... I think the key event was the Democratic takeover of the Senate. On day one, new chairman of "whatever" committee Lieberman was talking investigation.
