Sorry, PT, I didn't realize you were being sarcastic. Of course, it would be the other guy's attorney. Nonetheless, DYN is up today in spite of the fact that the SEC has announced that will also be checking into their power trades. I am afraid that DYN is about to get the treatment the SEC should have done with ENE but didn't.

I guess this isn't OT here? <g>

This thread spent weeks on the Israeli crisis.....so how could you think DYN and its problems would be OT?!! LOL
