I prefer to look at it another way...the maximum pull back on KGC would be to 1.50 (stick high support plus 0.38 Fib retracement of the move from 0.62 to 2.10). That's not to say that it gets there, just that it's a "worst case scenario" IF we are truly in a gold bull. A more likely target would be the 20 day EMA at 1.64. I added some today, and would add equal amounts at both those points should we get there.

On DROOY, the 20 day EMA is dead ahead at about 4.20. I've already got a full position at much lower prices, but if I were still accumulating, I'd put a half on there, and another half on at 3.70. DROOY is a very, very volatile stock, that's worth knowing and either have a strong risk tolerance for its moves or reduce position sizes a bit to accomodate the volatility.

On futures, it's a bit tougher. The May contract should hold above 306, even with the US equity markets trending higher. My absolute line in the sand is 298. Both spots conceivable could be buy points with close (ie, 1-2 dollar) stops. I don't trade the futures though, so Let the Buyer Beware!<G>
