Hello Aus,

I don't know the conversion value for the bonds but I bet it was in the twenties. WRS priced these bonds well. I'm happy that they got the cash while the stock was higher. I doubt they could get it now. They've done a great job on the financial front, including their purchase of Bay view real estate in Alameda, which is a hidden asset. I don't know how it appears on the balance sheet.

I believe that WRS's main problem stems from concentrating so heavily on the telecom sector. They are going to suffer for the while with this major headache.
