housing starting to slow more noticeably in the mid to high range in houston... a la agents complaining.. if dynergy goes the enron road i think the atmosphere is going to get negative pretty fast in certain neighborhoods. double whammy in the energy corridor, the local anderson trial, the lawyers. all these guys are incestuous neighbors here, and it would appear, played the same games together. this could get really big.
