I think CCUR has attracted a lot of well heeled speculators
who play it for pennies. A lot of selling near the close,
which means Day Traders and then if the market is a little
negative in pre-market there's sellers waiting for the
market to open.

Ken, with Diva's debt, I can't imagine anyone wanting to buy them before bankruptcy and taking on that liability.
