Do you mean 'bull trap'?

I thought Carl Swenlin did a good job of recognizing the divergence in the A/D line back in the bubble days, and guiding his clients to be careful.

His current stance is still bearish- Strangely, he has abandonded the A/D line and other internal TA indications for fundamentals such as market P/Es and dividend yields. Page down to 4th article:

He trusted his market TA before, and it paid off. Now he bases his bearishness largely on fundamental analysis. I think he's making a big mistake.
