I have read a little about, they say it is losing market share to BRCD and EMLX. I have no idea if that is true, but the MCDT is sure beat down in price.

How's biz, where you work?

Merrill Lynch on storage
Merrill Lynch in a pre-open note reviewed their conversation with a storage consultant from Enterprise Storage Group; consultant was positive on EMC's software capability and is quite bullish on the new Centera offering for reference data, expects SUNW to OEM a midrange system (possibly from LSI), claims that VRTS is in turmoil with a half dozen VPs looking to leave, is concerned that NTAP is a one-trick pony (NAS) with rising low-end competition from MSFT, sees BRCD's SilkWorm 12000 gaining traction, and believes that CSCO will have limited success in the industry until it "speaks storage".

I think BRCD is the one

Hello everybody...been slammed with work so havent had time to check in......too many posts to wade through...not enough time...just wanted to pop in and see if everybody was doing well.....

Bought me some cheap stuff without knowing about it <ggg>( some limit orders filled on a few I had sitting )

I see DELL has chosen BEAS....hmm.....too bad my limit order didnt fill on it....just missed it...but still have a few shares anyway.....still think alot of the lower cap networkers have the chance for nice gains......extr and fdry just had nice pops off their recent bottoms.....I think they will both continue to do well...up and down of course, but long run, they look good to me, along with rbak and rstn....csco is valued extremely high....I would imagine other networkers will gain some of their market share and have room for good growth...JMO, and hope everybody is doing well....back to work I go.........
