Very possible Ira P. but I had a few things working against me. One was margin call that triggered yesterday due Monday, so my time frame to hold was quite limited. Two and far more important, I am leaving on an early weekend trip at noon today. No way in the world I leave a position open blind (Limit stops are a suckers game). Used to do that all the time and always ended up in the can.

P.s. It does not appear techs are 'holding' today at all. Yet CSCO refuses to drop in earnest there's just too much story out there. Also today may be the steam release from yesterday. Friday will tell tale if ubiquitous downtrend and fright continue unabated. In any event, number one rule for this thread: preservation of capital to fight another day. Speaking of whcih a tiny follow through on Naz if it had bumped up CSCO another simple 50 cents would have had me in the red over 20k. Yikes. Having said that it seems like shorting at the day end high on CSCo after a 25% run up was easy money. I in typical greenhorn fashion was already all in when CSCo had alread run up 20%. I'm surprised no one here reported inititing a short given probabilities after a GIANT naz day.
