Arc is halted. Big financing. Hold (sell) from ICBC
analyst. Target price 11.00. Ignored the recommend based
on 22.00 BPO 12 months out. Bought more ARC. Probably
a fool but what kind of mkt would we have if there weren't
fools buying?

Talked to a broker re GLH. Said good steady distribution
but price could suffer if interest rates go up. I'm not
sure but held off.
