This is a good time to be prudent. I also agree that there may be a great buying opp later, say in the fall.

Again, what I think is going on in part is that there are so many inexperienced folks in the market that we now have this pervasive idea that it is better to wait until the market starts to move before you buy. And the wall of worry won't be climbed until we have much, much more evidence than we usually would need. The momentum players far outnumber and outweigh the guys who try to buy good growth companies at reasonable prices. Especially good tech growth.

I find it hard to believe that any sensible person really thinks this is about anything really logical now. Look at panera bread. Look at the restaurants. look at the gold stocks. This is about a lack of clear thinking. This is about a muddleheaded, thick-minded, confused mob. And they will have their way...for awhile. But this is an old bear. I think it is very sick and dangerous but doesn't have long to live.
