probably not. I don't think the market has bottomed just yet. I do know that VRSN has been ramping up there registery fees. they used to be 25$ and then they were 29$ back in Jan. last I checked they were up to 35$ bucks to register a domain name.

In theory that would be good for margins, I question where it will mean that people go to other services to register domain names such as Register.com
