I don't think you should count the warrants like that -- initially you only have the 10 million and it is Canadian 1.50. I think the market got it right looking at the share price -- I would have preferred they take on debt, but that may have not been an option. I'll keep them ...

also look at the effect of HGMCY's placement --- given the option of no dilution vs. no expansion -- I'll take the dilution right now
