Merrill Lynch in a pre-open note reviewed their conversation with a storage consultant from Enterprise Storage Group; consultant was positive on EMC's software capability and was quite bullish on the new Centera offering for reference data, claimed that VRTS is in turmoil with a half dozen VPs looking to leave, is concerned that NTAP is a one-trick pony (NAS) with rising low-end competition from MSFT, sees BRCD's SilkWorm 12000 gaining traction, and believes that CSCO will have limited success in the industry until it "speaks storage".

Clinton..Bail outs...??
Boeing is getting 26+ BILLION for Leasing tankers...we...The Tax payers..could BUY for about 4+Billion Less..
It has also been suggested that the old fleet would be Fine for about 8 B.........
Oh well...
