It's well to the right of the overall European mark. Cries of 'deregulate' are frequently code for 'go to lowest common denominator, and those who can pay more opt out' (e.g., health, education, employee rights). Or code for 'big business before small or individual business', e.g. 'deregulation' of agriculture - which always seems to end with big businesses hogging lots of subsidy for intensive farming. Reducing taxes - again, benefitting the rich at the expense of the poor - is another RW touch. Sure, I'd benefit hugely from similar - but this doesn't make it right. It's not RWE to you. But, yes, it is well to the right of most of the Dutch and indeed Europe. The populism is the added dangerous touch. Holland, BTW, is a very prosperous, civilised, educated and friendly nation... except, possibly, for the immigrants. However, thanks for posting that, I did a quick search when he hit the news a while ago (March?) but couldn't find his manifesto.
