I see what made Richnorth so angry at you. If you cannot get a rise out of someone by being a bug on one hand, you will do it in another area. You could say that you have good intentions to the very naive. eg "your role in KRY". etc .. etc.. "go back and read the posts.. etc. etc.. as if that damns me to have an opinion. Everyone has an opinion. The market is all a matter of timing. KRY had a shot at the Brisas and Christinas concessions. They had a case. I commented on it. So a few years later what have we got? Same case, slightly different players. Another round in the courts. Perhaps this time KRY will win. And if they do they would indeed be a good investment. From Jr. producer to Barrick overnight. Will they? hmmmm.. these kind of things are always a crapshoot.

What I said was right. Dome had a history of losing in foreign locales. Their local experts to not take care of either politics or business that cleverly, and the boys back home are not that clever at running interference either. Perhaps their bribing and political skills are not that well honed/ I predicted they would lose. I was right. They did not develop and now they are out of there. They did it before many times. Indonesia in the 50's, BC in the 90's, the Phiilipines, and then Venezuala, for a partial list.

KRY on the other hand was the long shot. They did drive a stock based on the sheer size of the possible win. That attracted interest. They did sell options. That is supposed to be a crime. But lets turn it around. If they held all kinds of options and won, what would people say? "You knew it all along, bribery, etc.. we were not let in on it".. When the Texas Gulf people held stock in the 60's they let people know they had a big drill hole but said they did not know where it would lead. They had to give their stock back.
Here is they sell the stock, they are supposed to know they would not win. Well I don't know.

My role? Observer. I did not promote KRY in any grandiose manner. In fact you can ask customers of mine. I advised them before the decision to divest of stock to a reasonable level. In fact I was on record as saying if they lose, and they could, they would drop to 1.50. They did. I was not encouraging longs, I was not connected to the company, did not take stock, nor was I short. I was long in a minor way and lost a few thou.

In all my posts I emphasized that while KRY deserved to win based on mining law and fairness, they would not necessarily win. It was a crap shoot. Sure I shot Dome down. They had bribed and taken advantage of a government run, unconstitutional company that was ripping people off. A sort of progressive Enron of mining, on one hand administering claims and disenfranchising them and on the other hand developing those same claims with foreign interests. They had no mandate under law to develop mines at all in Venzuela.

You seem to have an axe to grind. Would have been involved with such mining scams as IPMCF or those narrow vein cobalt drillers in the NWT that I was kind of jaundiced about? Seems like you are bashing from behind without much real evidence. Sort of innuendo. It is hard for people to really drill down into the KRY posts. There are hundreds of posts and I cannot even find many of them. Finding the thread and context would even be harder. I have no shame about what I posted there. Why don't you give us a number? I believe they were in the 3800's.
