There is little question that money is flowing out of the recent small and mid cap winners and going into tech names. How long will this last? My bet is perhaps a few more days. For most of tech names out there, the most likely scenario would be for them to bounce back to near Feb low levels. So, the upside is limited. There is just too much work ahead (need to chew those resistance levels) for me to want to get overly excited yet. none.
